Cult-Active

GM508 Cult-Active is a bicarbonate-buffered reagent designed to investigate oocytes of patients with failed fertilization after previous Intracytoplasmatic Sperm Injection cycles. GM508 Cult-Active is designed to investigate if fertilization failure after previous ICSI-cycles is due

to a deficient oocyte activation.

  • The ready-to-use product fulfills the EU Guidelines

  • Increases fertilization rates in patients with

    - Complete fertilization failure after ICSI

    - Low fertilization rate (<33%) in previous ICSI cycle

    - Severe male factor infertility

SpermMobil

GM501 SpermMobil is a HEPES-buffered reagent containing low bicarbonate. It is used for in-vitro examination of sperms of necrozoospermic ejaculates as well as of immotile sperms isolated from testicular tissue (TESE).

  • The ready-to-use product fulfills the EU Guidelines

  • Significantly reduces time for identification and injection of viable sperms in TESE cases

  • It may serve as a viability control and could replace other less exact viability tests

SememVIT

This SemenVit kit is performed to examine the vitality of sperm cells. It is particularly important in semen samples with less than 40% of forward moving (motile) sperms.

The determination of the vitality of sperm cells is judged by the integrity of the sperm membrane. The dye exclusion method is based on the fact that dead sperms with damaged plasma membranes absorb certain dyes.

Collagenase

GM501 Collagenase is a reagent for the digestion of human testicular tissue obtained by testicular biopsy (TESE) for in-vitro examination procedures. Using Collagenase, it is possible to degrade testicular tissue in single cells to facilitate the isolation of sperm cells.

  • The ready-to-use product fulfills the EU Guidelines

  • Significantly reduces time for testicular tissue processing and isolation of spermatozoa

  • Allows for identification of all spermatozoa in the sample
